Plans and limits
Every ASDK plan with its price, limits, agents and features, the add-ons, and how to change plans during early access while billing is still coming soon.

ASDK has five plans, from Free to Agency. They differ in limits, such as sites, pages and monthly answers, and in which agents and features they include. Plans belong to a workspace: every site in the workspace shares its plan's limits. This page lists everything in one place; the pricing page shows the same numbers with a monthly and yearly price switch.

Prices are in US dollars. Yearly billing saves 20% compared with monthly billing. Voice minutes apply once the Voice agent is available.
What the limits mean:
- Sites are websites with their own knowledge and widget. See Add your website.
- Answers are replies agents write to visitors. See What counts as an answer.
- Pages are the entries in your knowledge across all sites. See Page limits.
- Team seats are the people in the workspace. See Members and roles.

The HubSpot and Pipedrive connections are built and waiting for approval in the vendors' app marketplaces. Until then, send leads to your CRM with webhooks through Zapier or Make.
Each plan includes everything of the plans before it. On the Free and Starter plans, the widget shows a small "Powered by ASDK" badge.

Add-ons extend a plan without moving to the next one, for example a pack of answers for a busy month.
Which plan is on my workspace?
The dashboard's Billing page shows the current plan, with Compare plans linking to the pricing page. Settings → Workspace shows it too. Each workspace has its own plan.
Change plans during early access
ASDK is in early access, and billing is coming soon: plans and add-ons can't be bought in the dashboard yet. New workspaces start on the Free plan. To move to another plan now:
Write to us
Email hello@asdk.com from the address you sign in with. Include your Workspace ID from Settings → Workspace, the plan you need and, briefly, what your site needs, such as the number of pages or monthly visitors.
We change the plan
We reply by email and change your workspace's plan. The new limits and agents apply at once: the Billing page shows the new plan, and the Agents page lets you switch on the agents it includes.
When billing launches, you'll change plans, add payment details and download invoices on the Billing page yourself. Early-access members get the 14-day trial at launch.
