An AI sales agent that qualifies visitors and books meetings

Sales talks to visitors who are ready to buy, asks the questions your team would ask, and offers a meeting to the ones who fit. Qualified leads reach your team with their score and answers. You write the rules in plain language; nobody draws a decision tree.

Your best leads get the same contact form as everyone else

Inbound demand is expensive to win and easy to waste. Most B2B sites give a buyer with budget and a student writing a thesis the same form and the same wait.

  1. The buyer who wanted a call this week

A head of operations has budget approved and wants to talk now. Your form promises a reply within one business day. By then they have booked a call with someone else.

  2. Senior people sorting the inbox

Demo requests arrive from job seekers, students and companies far too small for your product. Someone expensive spends the morning sorting them before any selling starts.

  3. Forms that ask too much, too early

Ten required fields before a visitor learns anything. Shorter forms bring more leads with less context, so your team qualifies by email, one slow round trip at a time.

Brief it like a new rep, then let it work

  1. Describe your ideal customer

Write qualification questions and rules in plain language, for example: “Ask about team size. Teams under 20 people get the self-serve link; larger teams get a meeting.”

  2. Add your booking link and alerts

Paste your Cal.com, Calendly or Google Calendar booking link, and choose where qualified leads go: email, Slack or webhooks. HubSpot and Pipedrive sync is planned.

  3. Sales joins the conversation

When a visitor asks about pricing, a demo or whether you’re a fit, Sales answers from your content and asks your questions one at a time, inside the conversation.

  4. Leads are scored and routed

Each lead gets a score from 0 to 100, based on your rules, what the visitor asked for and their email. Good fits get your booking link; everyone else still gets answers from your site.

  5. Your team gets the context

The score, the answers and a short summary of the conversation go to your team by email, Slack or webhook, once for each qualified lead.

Qualification, booking and handoff in one conversation

  • Qualification in plain language

Write questions and rules the way you’d brief a new rep. There are no decision trees to draw and no scripts to maintain.

Example. Northwind Logistics is a fictional company.
  • A lead score you can read

Each lead gets a score from 0 to 100 in three parts: how well the answers fit your rules, what the visitor asked for, and whether they left a work email.

Example. Northwind Logistics is a fictional company.
  • Meeting booking

Qualified visitors get your Cal.com, Calendly or Google Calendar booking link. Cal.com and Calendly fill in their name and email, and Cal.com can open right inside the chat.

Example. Northwind Logistics is a fictional company.
  • Alerts and automation

Owners and admins get an email as soon as a lead qualifies, and Slack can post it to a channel. Webhooks, Zapier and Make send it to any other tool your process depends on.

More in Sales

  • CRM sync

    Coming soon

New leads will appear in HubSpot or Pipedrive with the score, the answers and a summary of the conversation.

  • Visitor company identification

    Coming soonBusiness and above

Recognize the company behind a visit, so Sales can tailor the conversation and your team can prioritize accounts.

From a pricing question to a booked call

Sales answers the question first, asks one qualifying question at a time, and offers a meeting only when the visitor is a good fit.

What to notice

  • The pricing question gets an answer before any qualifying question.
  • Sales asks one question at a time, inside the conversation.
  • The lead reaches your team with its score and the visitor’s answers.

You’re chatting with an AI agent. It answers from this website.

  1. Visitor: How much does it cost for a team of 40 dispatchers?
  2. AI agent: Pricing depends on the number of dispatchers and the modules you need; teams of your size usually start on the Fleet plan. To point you to the right setup: what do you use to plan routes today?

  3. Visitor: Spreadsheets, honestly. We want to switch this quarter.
  4. AI agent: That’s a common starting point. A 30-minute call with a solutions engineer is the quickest way to get a quote for 40 seats. Here are the next open times:

For teams that sell to businesses

  • B2B SaaS

Qualify demo requests by team size and use case, and send small teams to self-serve so reps spend time on the accounts that need them.

  • Agencies and consultancies

Ask about budget, scope and timeline before the first call, so discovery starts with facts instead of small talk.

  • Industrial and B2B suppliers

Capture volumes, specifications and delivery locations, and hand your team requests that are ready to quote.

  • Professional services

Check the type of matter and its urgency, and book consultations straight into the calendar of the person who handles them.

Questions about Sales

How is Sales different from Chat?

Chat answers questions. Sales also qualifies: it asks your questions, scores the lead, offers your booking link and sends qualified leads to your team by email, Slack or webhook. Both use the same knowledge base, and you can run them together.

Will Sales interrogate every visitor?

No. You decide which questions it asks and when. Questions come one at a time inside the conversation, and a visitor who skips one still gets answers.

Which calendars and tools does it work with?

Booking links from Cal.com, Calendly and Google Calendar, or any other https booking page. Qualified leads go out by email, to Slack and to up to five webhooks, for example Zapier or Make. HubSpot and Pipedrive sync is planned.

How does lead scoring work?

Every lead gets a score from 0 to 100: up to 50 for answers that fit your rules, up to 30 for what the visitor asked for, such as a demo or prices, and up to 20 for a work email. Leads that reach your threshold, 60 by default, count as qualified.

What happens to visitors who are not a fit?

They still get answers from your site, and they get the booking link only if they ask for a demo or a call. Nobody is turned away without an answer.

Which plans include Sales?

Sales is included from Pro ($129 a month, or $103 a month billed annually). Meeting booking is part of Pro as well, and CRM sync will be once it launches. The 14-day trial includes Sales, no card required.
