Why we build ASDK
For many companies, the website is where buyers meet them first. Visitors arrive with specific questions: what it costs, whether it works with the tools they already use, how long it takes, whether it fits a business like theirs. The answers often exist somewhere on the site, but finding them takes time, and a contact form that promises a reply "within one business day" is a long wait when you only had a quick question.
Some of those visitors are not people at all. A buyer can ask an AI assistant to research vendors, and the assistant reads your website on their behalf — our article on AI agents visiting your website shows how to spot them. If the assistant cannot find a clear answer, it has to guess or rely on other sources.
We think every business website should be able to answer both kinds of visitor accurately, from its own content, at any hour. That is what ASDK is for.
What we are building
ASDK is one script you add to your website, one knowledge base built from your site and your documents, and a team of AI agents you switch on as you need them:
- Chat answers visitors from your content and captures contacts.
- Sales qualifies visitors, books meetings and sends leads to your team by email or Slack, and to your CRM through webhooks and Zapier or Make.
- Agent-Ready makes your site readable and usable for AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.
- Search, Forms and Voice are coming soon: sourced answers instead of a search box, conversational quotes instead of long forms, and the same knowledge, spoken.
The docs explain how the pieces fit together, and the pricing page lists what each plan includes.
How we work
A few principles shape every part of the product:
- Answers come from your content. Agents cite the pages they used and say when they do not know, instead of guessing. The glossary explains groundingGrounding means tying an AI model's answer to specific, verifiable sources, such as your own pages or a search index, so each claim can be checked. and hallucinationAn AI hallucination is a fluent, confident answer from a language model that is false or unsupported, such as an invented price, policy or citation. if you want the details.
- Visitors know they are talking to an AI. Agents always disclose it.
- Your data serves your site. Your content and your visitors' conversations are not used to train foundation models. Our security page and privacy policy describe how we handle them.
- Self-serve and plainly priced. There is no sales team to talk to first: you try ASDK and choose a plan yourself, and every plan's price is public.
- Honest status. Every agent is marked as early access or coming soon until it is generally available, on this site and in the product.
Early access
ASDK is in early access. Chat, Sales and Agent-Ready work today and will keep changing as we improve them; Search, Forms and Voice are coming soon. If you want to try ASDK on your website, join early access and tell us about your site.
