An agent is one job ASDK can do on your website. You switch agents on and off in the dashboard; they all run from the same script and answer from the same knowledge base, so adding one does not mean setting up your content again.
The glossary has a longer explanation of what an AI agentAn AI agent is software that uses a language model to reach a goal by choosing its own next steps, calling tools and reacting to the results. is. Here is what each ASDK agent does and where it stands today.
Agents for your visitors
Chat
Status: early access. Included from the Free plan.
Answers visitors from your own content, 24/7, and captures contacts. Chat is the agent most sites start with: a chat widget that answers questions from your pages, shows which pages each answer came from and, when it cannot help, offers to take the visitor's contact details so your team can follow up.
Sales
Status: early access. Included from the Pro plan.
Qualifies visitors, books meetings and sends leads to your CRM through webhooks and Zapier. Sales asks the questions your team would ask before a call, books a meeting in your calendar when a visitor is a good fit, and passes the lead with the conversation on to your team and your CRM so nobody has to retype it. The glossary explains lead qualificationLead qualification is deciding whether a potential buyer fits your offer and is ready to talk, so sales time goes to the leads most likely to become customers..
Search
Status: coming soon. Will be included from the Starter plan.
Replaces your search box with instant, sourced answers. Instead of a list of links, visitors get a short answer with the pages it came from.
Forms
Status: coming soon. Will be included from the Pro plan.
Turns contact forms into conversational quotes and quizzes. Visitors answer a few questions in a conversation and get a quote or a recommendation, and you get a complete, structured request.
Voice
Status: coming soon. Will be included from the Business plan.
Lets visitors talk to your website — same knowledge, spoken. Voice uses the same knowledge base as every other agent.
An agent for AI assistants
Agent-Ready
Status: early access. Included from the Free plan.
Makes your site readable and usable for ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other AI agents. Agent-Ready publishes what your knowledge base knows in formats AI assistants read well, such as a hosted llms.txtllms.txt is a proposed Markdown file at a website's root that gives AI tools a short summary of the site and links to the pages that matter most. file. On the Pro plan and above it also shows which AI agents visit your site. As the draft WebMCPWebMCP is a proposed web standard that lets a website register its own actions as structured tools that AI agents in the browser can discover and call. standard matures, it is meant to let agents in the browser take actions such as booking a demo.
Choosing agents
Most sites start with Chat, which answers questions and captures contacts. Add Sales when the people asking questions are often ready to talk to you, and Agent-Ready when you want AI assistants to describe your business accurately. Plan details are on the pricing page.
