Forms will turn a static contact form into a short conversation that asks the right questions, shows a price range on the spot and sends you a lead with a budget attached. It’s coming soon: join the waitlist to try it first.
Buyers want a ballpark figure before they talk to sales. A form that asks for a phone number and promises a call gives them a reason to leave.
A facilities manager wants to know roughly what cleaning three floors would cost. Your form asks for a phone number and promises a call. They close the tab and try a competitor with a price list.
When someone does submit, you get a name and a message like “need pricing”. The first call is spent collecting basics that a few questions could have covered.
A custom quote calculator means developer time for every price change. So most sites never build one, or build one once and leave the old prices in it.
For example: “Office cleaning costs $0.12 per square foot per visit, with a $150 minimum. Weekend visits cost 20% more.” Forms will turn rules like these into questions.
Forms will ask only what changes the price or the fit, one question at a time, and skip what doesn’t apply.
The visitor gets an estimate range and what it depends on, so they can decide whether to go on.
The answers, the estimate and the contact details will go to your dashboard and to your team, ready for a proper quote.
What it will doForms is coming soon. This section describes what we are building, and details may change before launch.
Describe your prices the way you’d explain them to a new hire. The AI drafts the questions and formulas; you check them and publish, with no developer time.
Estimates will come as ranges with the assumptions shown, plus a clear note that the final quote comes from you.
Each lead will arrive with the visitor’s answers, the estimate and their contact details.
Price estimates, product finders, eligibility checks and “which plan fits me” quizzes from the same building blocks.
Send quote requests to HubSpot or Pipedrive, or anywhere else with webhooks, Zapier or Make.
The visitor answers short questions and gets an estimate range built from the business’s own pricing rules.
You’re chatting with an AI agent. Estimates are not binding quotes.
The final quote follows a short site visit.
Cleaning, maintenance, logistics and installation companies can give instant estimates for jobs priced by size, frequency or distance.
Turn “how much for a website?” into a scoped estimate, using the same questions you would ask on a discovery call.
Estimate volume pricing, lead times or configurations before the buyer talks to sales.
Help visitors pick a plan with a short quiz, and learn their team size and use case along the way.
Forms is planned for the Pro plan, $129/month, and every plan above it. Join the waitlist now and switch it on once it launches.
Once Forms launches, the 14-day trial will include it.

No, that’s the point of it. You’ll describe your pricing and questions in plain language, check the result in a preview and publish it.
No. Forms will show an estimate range and the assumptions behind it, and say that the final quote comes from you.
For many sites, yes: Forms will collect the same contact details plus the answers and the estimate. You could also keep your form and add Forms next to it.
Quiz builders make you draw every branch. With Forms you’ll write rules, and the agent will work out which questions to ask, answer side questions from your knowledge base and keep the conversation short.
Forms is planned for Pro ($129 a month, or $103 a month billed annually) and every plan above it. Pro also includes Chat, Sales, and Agent-Ready, which you can use now.
