Every conversation and lead, in one inbox

Read what visitors asked and what your agents answered, with the sources of every answer. Leads arrive with the conversation that produced them, by email right away and in Slack if you like.

  • Lead emails within a minute
  • Leads export as CSV
  • A weekly report every Monday
Example. Northwind Logistics is a fictional company.

The whole conversation, with its sources

Open a conversation to see every message with its time, the pages each answer used, how the visitor rated it and the page where the chat started.

  • Filters for today’s work

Show only Not answered, With lead or Not reviewed, narrow by agent and site, or search by words, names and emails.

  • Mark reviewed

Your team sees which conversations someone has already read.

  • Your tests stay out

Chats from the dashboard preview are labeled Preview and kept out of the statistics.

Leads with what they asked

A lead is created when a visitor sends the contact form: their email, the details you asked for, the page they were on and a link to the conversation.

  • Statuses for follow-up

New, Contacted and Archived, with who changed it last and when.

  • Export as CSV

The leads that match your filter, UTF-8 encoded and safe to open in a spreadsheet.

  • To your CRM through webhooksStarter and up

Webhooks send each new lead to Zapier, Make or your own system, which can pass it on to your CRM. Native HubSpot and Pipedrive sync is coming soon.

New leads where your team already works

Owners and admins get an email as soon as a visitor leaves their details. Several leads within a minute arrive as one email, so a busy hour doesn’t flood anyone’s inbox.

  • Slack, per site

Paste a Slack incoming webhook and each new lead is posted to the channel you chose. Send a test message to check it.

  • Your own code

The widget raises a lead event in the visitor’s browser, so your tag manager or backend can pass it on.

  • Everyone decides for themselves

Each person can switch lead emails off; colleagues keep theirs.

A two-minute report every Monday

At 8:00 on Monday in your workspace’s time zone, owners and admins get last week’s numbers and the three questions your agents couldn’t answer most often.

  • The numbers that matter

Conversations, answers, the share answered from your content, leads and ratings, compared with the week before.

  • Gaps to close

Each top gap links to the dashboard, where one answer closes it.

  • Only when there’s news

A week without conversations sends no email.

Can I reply to visitors from the inbox?

No. Agents answer in the widget; your team follows up by email or phone with the details visitors leave. Each lead links to its conversation, so you know what they asked before you reply.

Who can read conversations?

Everyone in your workspace, whatever their role. Lead emails and the weekly report go to owners and admins.

How long are conversations kept?

Conversations and leads are kept for 12 months by default, and deleted when you delete the site or close your account.

Can leads go to my CRM?

Today you can export them as CSV, pass the widget’s lead event to your own tools or, from the Starter plan, send each new lead through webhooks to Zapier or Make, which pass it on to your CRM. Native HubSpot and Pipedrive connections are coming soon.

Do my own test chats count?

They’re labeled Preview and kept out of the statistics and insights, but they do count toward your monthly answers.
