Do I need a developer?
Usually not. You paste one script tag into your site, or add it through a tag manager, and the docs have guides for common platforms. Everything else, from sources to agents, happens in the dashboard.
Which agents can I use today?
Chat, Sales, and Agent-Ready are in early access. Search, Forms, and Voice are coming soon. All of them use the same script and the same knowledge base.
Is my content used to train AI models?
No. Your content and your visitors’ conversations are used to serve your site and are not used to train foundation models. Each site’s knowledge is stored separately.

There’s a Free plan, and paid plans start at $39 a month. Every new account gets a 14-day trial with the agents of the Business plan, no card required. During early access we invite new accounts by email.
What happens when an agent doesn’t know?
It says it couldn’t find the answer on your site instead of guessing, offers the visitor a way to reach your team, and records the question so you can add the answer.
