Add a site for each client. Your team signs in once and sees every site, and each site keeps its own knowledge base, widget settings and Site ID, so one client’s agent never answers from another client’s pages.

Refer clients and earn 30%
Join the partner program and share your link. When a business you refer moves to a paid plan, you earn 30% of what it pays, for as long as it stays a customer.

How many client sites can I run?
The Agency plan includes 25 sites, with 50,000 answers a month and 100,000 pages of knowledge shared across them. More sites are an add-on at $15 per site a month. If you run fewer sites, the Business plan includes 10.
Can one client see another client’s sites?
Not when each client has their own workspace: members of a workspace see only that workspace. Everyone in your Agency workspace sees all of its sites, so invite only your own team there.
Is white-label available?
Not yet. White-label, client reports and a custom widget domain are part of the Agency plan and coming soon. The Agency plan already removes the “Powered by ASDK” badge from the widget.
How do I get the Agency plan during early access?
Billing isn’t live yet, so plans can’t be bought in the dashboard. Write to hello@asdk.com from the address you sign in with, include your Workspace ID, and we’ll move your workspace to the Agency plan.
Can I use the Agency plan and the partner program together?
Yes. Run some clients’ sites in your Agency workspace and refer others who want their own account. You earn 30% of what the businesses you refer pay for their plans.
