How answers and limits work
What counts as an answer
An answer is one reply an ASDK agent writes to a visitor. A conversation with five questions uses five answers.
Your greeting, suggested questions, lead forms and replies your team writes don’t count. Answers reset at the start of each billing month.
When you reach a limit
Answer limits are soft: we let you know when you reach yours, and you decide what happens next.
Add a pack of 1,000 answers for $10, or move to a bigger plan. If you do neither, answering may pause until your next billing month starts.

How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 14-day trial with the agents of the Business plan that are available at the time, for 1 site, 500 answers, 1,000 pages and 2 seats. You don’t need a card. When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid one. During early access, you get the trial at launch.
What’s included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes the Chat and Agent-Ready agents for 1 site, 50 answers a month, 100 pages and 1 seat. Its features: “Lead capture”, “Hosted llms.txt”, and “Answers cite your pages”. Sites on the Free plan show a small “Powered by ASDK” badge.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for a year in advance and save 20% compared with monthly billing. For example, Pro costs $103 a month billed yearly ($1,236 a year) instead of $129 a month. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel a paid plan from the dashboard at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. We don’t refund partial periods unless the law requires it.
What happens if I go over my answer limit?
Answer limits are soft. We let you know when you reach yours, and you can add a pack of 1,000 answers for $10 or move to a bigger plan. If you do neither, answering may pause until your next billing month starts. Extra sites are available as an add-on too.
Do prices include taxes?
No. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include taxes such as VAT, GST or sales tax. Where they apply, they are calculated at checkout based on your billing details.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
When a paid plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan. We don’t delete your content because of a downgrade, but anything above the Free plan’s limits may be paused. If you close your account, we delete your content, conversations and account data from our live systems within 30 days, and backup copies expire within a further 30 days.
Do you offer discounts for agencies or non-profits?
For agencies there is the Agency plan: from $399 a month billed yearly, for 25 client sites and 25 seats. The agency features “White-label widget and dashboard”, “Client reports”, and “Custom widget domain” are coming soon. If you need more sites, write to hello@asdk.com. We don’t have other discounts, such as for non-profits, at the moment.
