Free trial

The first workspace you create starts a 14-day free trial. You don't need a card, and nothing is charged when it ends.

What the trial includes

• The Business plan's agents and features, including Sales, AI-agent visit analytics, the "What visitors ask" insights and CRM sync. Agents marked "coming soon" are switched on when they are released.
• No "Powered by ASDK" badge in the widget.
• The trial's limits: 1 site, 500 answers a month, 1,000 pages of knowledge and 2 seats.

Billing in the dashboard shows how many days are left.

One trial per person

The trial comes with the first workspace a person creates. Workspaces you create later start on the Free plan, and Billing says so. Joining someone else's workspace doesn't use up your trial.

When the trial ends

We email the workspace's owners on day 10 and day 13 of the trial. When it ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan:

• The widget shows the "Powered by ASDK" badge again.
• Agents the Free plan doesn't include, such as Sales, stop answering on your sites. Your settings for them are kept.
• Limits go down to the Free plan's: 50 answers a month, 100 pages of knowledge and 1 seat. Pages and members you already have are kept, but you can't add more until you are under the limit.
• Features outside Free, such as the "What visitors ask" insights, are no longer shown.

Your sites, knowledge, conversations, leads and settings are always kept. To keep the trial's agents and limits, choose a paid plan, during the trial or any time after.
