Qualify and book demos without a form
When a visitor asks for a call, Sales checks the fit with a few questions in the conversation and opens your calendar for the people you want to meet. Everyone else still gets an answer.
Sound familiar?
“Our demo form has nine fields.”
Long forms put buyers off. Short ones leave your team guessing who they’re about to meet.
“Too many calls shouldn’t have been booked.”
Students, competitors and companies far too small for you take the same slots as real buyers.
“Good leads wait a day for a reply.”
By the time someone emails back with three possible times, the buyer has moved on.
From “can we talk?” to a booked call
One conversation on the site of Trey Research, a fictional market research firm for B2B companies.
It answers, then asks your questions
When a visitor asks about prices, a demo or a call, Sales answers from your site first, then asks your qualifying questions one per reply, with buttons for fixed answers.
Good fits see your calendar
When the score reaches your threshold, or the visitor asks for a call, Sales asks for an email if it doesn’t have one yet and opens your booking page with name and email filled in. Cal.com can open right inside the chat.
Your team knows who is coming and why
The qualified lead arrives with its score, the answers and a short summary. Meeting clicks are counted, and with the Cal.com or Calendly webhook, booked meetings too.
Visitors below your threshold still get answers and can leave their email. They just aren’t offered your calendar.
What to set up
If you already use a booking tool, you have most of what you need.
Switch on Sales
Sales is part of Pro and higher plans, and of the 14-day trial. It uses the same knowledge base as Chat.
Paste your booking link
Any https booking page works. Cal.com and Calendly get the visitor’s name and email filled in; Google Calendar appointment pages open in a new tab.
Write up to five questions
Options, numbers or free answers, each with a good-fit rule. Then set the score that earns a meeting offer.
Count booked meetings
Add the webhook address ASDK shows you to Cal.com or Calendly, and each booked meeting is linked to its lead.
Where it stops
CRM sync is coming soon
HubSpot and Pipedrive connections aren’t available yet. Webhooks, Zapier or Make can carry qualified leads to your CRM in the meantime.
Your booking tool stays in charge
ASDK opens your booking page. Availability, reminders, rescheduling and who takes the call are set in your booking tool.
Some booking pages count clicks only
Booked meetings are counted through the Cal.com and Calendly webhooks. For Google Calendar and other booking pages, you see meeting clicks.
Sales comes with Pro and up
Qualification and the meeting offer are part of Pro and higher plans. On other plans, the contact form collects requests instead.

Which booking tools does it work with?
Any booking page with an https address. With Cal.com and Calendly, the visitor’s name and email are filled in, and Cal.com can open inside the chat. Google Calendar appointment pages open in a new tab.
Who gets offered a meeting?
Visitors whose lead score reaches your threshold, 60 out of 100 by default, and anyone who asks for a demo or a call. You decide the questions and the rules behind the score.
Will it question every visitor?
No. Sales starts asking only when a visitor shows buying intent, asks one question per reply and drops a question the visitor skips twice. Visitors can keep asking about anything else.
Does the meeting show up in our CRM?
Direct HubSpot and Pipedrive sync is coming soon. Your booking tool’s own integrations keep working, and ASDK webhooks can send each qualified lead to Zapier, Make or your own system.
Put your calendar in the conversation
Connect your booking page, write your questions and try it in the 14-day trial. No card needed.
