Install

Install ASDK on Webflow

Add the ASDK widget to a Webflow site through the footer code in Site settings, then publish. Webflow runs custom code only on paid plans.

On this page

Webflow adds site-wide code from Site settings. Code saved there is added to every page when you publish.

Add the snippet

Open the custom code settings

In Webflow, open your site's Site settings and go to the Custom code tab.

Paste your snippet from the dashboard's Install page into Footer code. Webflow places it just before the closing </body> tag of every page.

HTML
<script async src="https://cdn.asdk.com/v1/asdk.js" data-site-id="SITE_ID"></script>

Click Save changes.

Publish

Publish the site. Custom code runs on the published site, not in the Designer.

Check

Open the published site, look for the chat button, then click Check installation on the dashboard. If your site has a custom domain and a webflow.io address, check the address your visitors use.

The install check only opens pages of your site's own domains. To check a webflow.io page, add that address to your site's allowed domains in ASDK first, or check the custom domain instead.
