Usage and limits

How ASDK counts answers, pages, sites and seats against your plan, what happens when you reach a limit, and when the monthly answer count starts again.

Billing in the dashboard shows your usage against your plan's limits. The limits of every plan are on the pricing page.

Answers

Every answer your agents give a visitor counts, in the chat, as a short answer above Search results, and through the Agent-Ready tools AI agents call. Answers you wrote yourself as Q&A pairs and shown as Search results are not counted, and neither are answers that failed.

Answers are counted per calendar month in UTC and start again from zero on the first day of the next month.

  • At 100 % of your plan's answers, your agent keeps answering, and the workspace's owners get an email once that month. The dashboard shows a banner.
  • At 110 %, answering pauses until the next month. Visitors get a short reply that offers your contact form, so you still hear from them. The owners get one more email.

To answer every visitor again right away, upgrade your plan.

Pages of knowledge

Pages count across all the sites of a workspace: every indexed page, uploaded file and text snippet. When the knowledge reaches your plan's pages, syncs stop adding pages and the source says the limit was reached. Remove sources or exclude pages you don't need, or upgrade.

Sites

The number of websites in the workspace. When it is full, Sites offers no new site until you delete one or upgrade.

Seats

Seats are the members of a workspace. A pending invitation holds a seat until it is accepted, revoked or expires, so you can't invite more people than your plan has seats. Inviting the same address again replaces its invitation and needs no extra seat.

What doesn't count

API keys, conversations you start in the dashboard's preview, and the live demo on asdk.com don't count against any limit.
