Answers with sources. Never a guess.

ASDK agents answer only from your website and the knowledge you add, and list the pages each answer came from. When your content doesn’t cover a question, the agent says so and offers to pass it to your team.

  • The pages behind every answer, listed under it
  • “I couldn’t find that” instead of a guess
  • Answers in the visitor’s language
Example. Northwind Logistics is a fictional company.

Every answer shows where it came from

Under each answer the widget lists the pages it used, so visitors can check the answer and keep reading on your site.

  • Only the pages it used

Agents list a page only when the answer actually drew on it, and link only to addresses found in your content.

  • Honest about the rest

An answer from a file, a text snippet or a Q&A pair shows no link, because those have no public page.

  • Rated by visitors

Each answer can be marked helpful or not helpful. Answers rated down show up in Insights with their sources.

“I don’t know” is an answer too

If your knowledge has nothing relevant, the agent says it couldn’t find it on your site: in a sentence or two, with no sources and no invented answer.

  • No promises it can’t back up

Prices, discounts, delivery times, availability and guarantees are stated only when your content states them.

  • A way forward

By default the contact form opens under the reply, so the question still reaches your team.

  • Nothing gets lost

Each unanswered question is recorded as a knowledge gap in Insights, ready for you to answer.

Hand-off on your terms

Choose when the widget offers the contact form and which details it asks for. Each lead lands in your inbox with the conversation that led to it.

  • When the agent can’t answer

The default. Visitors who get their answer aren’t interrupted; the others get a way to reach you.

  • Always

A Leave contact details button stays in the panel, for sites where every chat should end with a contact.

  • Never

For sites that handle contact elsewhere. The agent still says when it doesn’t know.

  • Asked for a person

When a visitor asks to talk to someone, as in “Can someone call me?”, the form opens too, unless you chose Never.

Your content is information, never instructions

Web pages and chat messages can contain text written to steer an AI. ASDK gives the model your pages, the visitor’s question and the conversation as information, inside markers that change with every question, and tells it never to follow instructions found there.

  • Rules come only from ASDK

Your site’s name, tone and language shape the rules. Nothing a page or a visitor writes can add to them.

  • Markers a page can’t fake

Each question gets a fresh random code in its markers, and marker-like text inside your pages is neutralized.

  • Skipped, not obeyed

When a passage contains text that looks like an instruction, the agent is told to skip it and answer from the rest.

No AI system is perfect. That’s why the widget tells visitors answers can be wrong, and every answer shows its sources.

Can an answer still be wrong?

Yes, sometimes, as with any AI. That’s why every answer lists its sources, the widget tells visitors answers can be wrong, and Insights shows the answers visitors rated down. Most wrong answers trace back to an outdated or unclear page, which you can fix or exclude.

Will it answer questions that aren’t about my business?

No. Agents answer from your knowledge only. For general questions or other companies’ products, they say they couldn’t find it on your site.

What if two of my pages disagree?

The agent can’t know which one is right, so fix one of them. A Q&A pair is preferred over pages and is the quickest way to make one answer the authoritative one.

Which language does it answer in?

The language the visitor writes in, even when your pages are in another language.

Does the agent pretend to be a person?

No. The widget shows an AI disclosure line before the first message, and the agent says it’s an AI when asked. You can reword the line, but not remove it.
