The trial and the Free plan
What the 14-day trial and the Free plan include: agents, sites, answers, pages and seats, what needs no card, and how both work while ASDK is in early access.

ASDK has two ways to start without paying: a 14-day trial with the agents of the Business plan, and a Free plan you can keep as long as you like. This page explains what each includes and how they work during early access.
During early access
ASDK is in early access, and billing is coming soon. Until it launches:
- New workspaces start on the Free plan. The plan is shown on the dashboard's Billing page and under Settings → Workspace.
- The trial opens at launch. Early-access members get the 14-day trial when billing launches.
- Need more now? If the Free plan's limits are too small for your site, write to hello@asdk.com from your account's email with your Workspace ID and the plan you need. Plans and limits has the details.
The Free plan
The Free plan is meant for a small site, or for trying ASDK on a real site before choosing a paid plan.

Two things differ from paid plans beyond the limits:
- The widget shows a small "Powered by ASDK" badge. The Pro plan and above remove it.
- Websites and sitemaps are read again every week instead of every day, so changes to your site take up to a week to reach your agents. You can always read a source again by hand with Read again on the Knowledge page.
The Free plan has no time limit. Answers start again at the beginning of each month.
The 14-day trial
The trial lets you use the agents of the Business plan on one site, to see what paid agents such as Sales do on your own traffic.

"Available at the time" matters: Search, Forms and Voice are coming soon, so today a trial includes Chat, Sales and Agent-Ready. During the trial the Agents page lets you switch on every agent the trial includes.
When the trial ends
Nothing is charged, because the trial needs no card. Unless you choose a paid plan, the workspace moves to the Free plan:
- Agents the Free plan doesn't include, such as Sales, stop showing to visitors. Your settings for them are kept, so they come back if you upgrade.
- Limits drop to the Free plan's. Content above them may be paused; your knowledge isn't deleted because of a downgrade.
- The "Powered by ASDK" badge appears in the widget again.

You don't have to decide up front. Every workspace starts the same way, and you can change plans later.
Frequently asked
Do I need a card for the trial? No. The trial needs no payment card, and nothing is charged when it ends.
Can I extend the trial? Not from the dashboard. If you need more time to evaluate, write to hello@asdk.com.
Does the Free plan include Sales? No. Sales is included from the Pro plan. The Free plan includes Chat and Agent-Ready.
What happens to my content on the Free plan? It stays. The Free plan only limits how many pages are in your knowledge at once; see Page limits.
