Comparing the two
These are different purchases. Qualified is an enterprise program with capacity measured in web sessions and email contacts, bought through a sales conversation. ASDK is a monthly subscription you can start the same day. If you need a price before talking to anyone, only ASDK publishes one.
Setup and upkeep
Qualified: every plan includes AI SDR Agent Studio for configuring Piper, and Qualified runs Qualified University with courses, certifications and a documented implementation process (Qualified pricing). Plan for an implementation project: connecting Salesforce and other go-to-market systems, defining segments and routing rules, and setting Piper's goals for each audience. In return you get a program that is tuned to your sales process.
ASDK: you add one script to your site, ASDK indexes your pages up to your plan's page limit, and you switch agents on in the dashboard. Answers link to the pages they came from, so a wrong answer points straight at the page to fix. From Pro, the "What visitors ask" insights report groups the questions visitors ask, which shows where your content has gaps. The Sales agent's qualification questions and meeting calendars are set in the same dashboard.
Choose Qualified if…
- Salesforce is your system of record and you want an AI SDR built to work deeply with it.
- You have high inbound traffic and want an AI SDR that also nurtures leads by email.
- You want buyers to meet the agent by voice or video as well as text.
- You need advanced routing across conversations, email and meetings, plus account segmentation and intent data.
- You need multi-language conversations, MCP or API access, or multiple agent profiles at enterprise scale.
- You want a generally available product with Salesforce behind it.
Choose ASDK if…
- You want to start without a sales process: published prices, a free plan and a trial with no card.
- You book meetings in Cal.com, Calendly or Google Calendar and can route leads to your CRM through webhooks, Zapier or Make (native HubSpot and Pipedrive sync is coming soon).
- You want one knowledge base to answer support questions and qualify buyers, so every visitor gets an answer first. ASDK's Sales agent is in early access.
- You want answers that cite your own pages, and you care how AI assistants and agents read your site.
- Your traffic doesn't justify an enterprise contract yet.
Questions to ask in any AI SDR trial
Whichever product you evaluate, these questions separate a helpful sales agent from an interrogation:
- Does a visitor get an answer to their own question before being asked to qualify?
- Which answers change routing, and are those the only questions the agent asks?
- What happens to visitors who don't qualify: a polite self-serve path, or a dead end?
- What does the agent say when it doesn't know, and when does it hand off to a person?
- Can you read every transcript, and does the CRM record show what the visitor actually asked?
How to decide
Start with your CRM and your budget process. A Salesforce-centered team with enterprise traffic and an SDR program to scale is Qualified's core customer. A smaller team that wants AI to answer and qualify on the website, and wants to try it on its own content today, is who ASDK is built for. Whichever you test, judge it by meetings held and pipeline created, not by chats started.
